Thomas Wagner – Managing Partner

Thomas is able to look back on more than 10 years of experience on the Mexican market in positions as director for multinational companies with specialties in the areas of finance, controlling, material management and marketing. He has worked in the automotive, electronics and commercial sector, both in Europe and the Americas.

Thomas founded Wagner Muñoz & Partners in 2007. He serves as a controller and management consultant and is always willing to share his comprehensive knowledge of the Mexican market with his clients. He accompanies clients during their process of establishment in Mexico and their general management during the complete business year.

Anabel Muñoz Vega – Partner

Anabel gained more than 10 years of experience in the corporate management and administration of different companies in Mexico. She is specialist in the area of human resources, social security, salaries and employee contributions.

Anabel has specialized in advising the clients of Wagner Muñoz & Partners in the area of human resource, social security and general accounting issues. Through her extensive knowledge in this area, she is able to assist her clients with all their issues and helps them to fulfill their obligations in an orderly and proper manner, always considering the individual needs of the situation.

Simone Koch – Manager

Simone was able to gain business and finance experiences in Europe as well as in America. She moved to Mexico in order to support international companies there. In the last years she has been able to assist various German and international companies with their start-up of a subsidiary in Mexico.

Simone serves as a controller and stays in continuous contact with the Mexican subsidiary as well as the international headquarter. Thanks to her extensive knowledge about the market in Europe and in the Americas she also serves as a competent consultant for our clients regarding all administrative work.

Elisabeth Wesselink – Assistant

Through several activities in Germany Elisabeth gained experience in the areas of sales, customer service, relocation and project management. In addition she worked for the Human Resource Department at a German company in Mexico and therefore was able to gain extensive knowledge of the administration of international companies

Elisabeth attends all administrative matters of our customers and due to her intercultural experience is the perfect match for the running of subsidiaries abroad, especially in Mexico. In addition she supports our clients in special projects (marketing, logistics, IT)

C.P. Jessica Garcia –Key Account Business Advisor

She gained several years of experience by working in accountancy offices and serving Mexican and international clients. Her areas of expertise are general accounting and taxes. She has also worked directly in different areas in the tax authorities of Mexico (Servicio de Administration Tributaria) and can therefore provide qualified support in all fiscal questions.

Jessica provides assistance in all aspects of planning and compliance with her client’s fiscal obligations. For her assigned clients she is a designated contact person, prepares all financial statements, fiscal reports and is qualified to provide active, specialized support with any fiscal or accounting issue her clients may have.

Her background includes accounting and tax duties with a lot of different clients, as well national as also international. She has worked in accounting firms or directly with a company, gaining experience about various sectors – as for example in the service industry, chemical industry, telecommunication industry and more.

Lourdes provides assistance in all aspects of planning and compliance with a client’s fiscal obligations. For her assigned clients she prepares all financial statements, fiscal report and accompanies the clients through the accounting and fiscal year.

Mrs. Flores has been supporting clients for several years in the field of accounting and finance. Her expertise focuses on the general accounting and Mexican taxes. She also holds a degree in the field of organizational development, which has given her the tools to analyze organizations, identify problems and create solutions to optimize the performance of the company. Furthermore, she has a degree in financial reporting.

Mrs. Flores offers customers support in all aspects of the planning and fulfillment of all tax obligations. She prepares all accounting records and tax returns for the assigned clients and with her knowledge assists them in all fiscal and social-security matters.

LIC. Beatriz Méndez Ayala – Key Account Fiscal Advisor

Beatriz gained experience working in an accounting office and supporting Mexican and foreign clients in presenting documentations for the tax authorities (Servicio de Administración Tributaria). She also worked in several law firms dedicated to the collection of promissory notes. Her specialties are reimbursements and compensations of the VAT and income tax.

Ms. Méndez actively supports the clients in generating reimbursements and compensations and works closely together with them to insure that all legal matters are met on time.

In total he was able to gain more than 15 years of extensive experience in commercial law and fiscal law, in labor and social security issues. He also serves as a partner at the “Colegio de Contadores Públicos” and as an instructor of accounting and tax at two recognized universities in Queretaro.
